SectionvOverview > VIRTSIM After Action Review
-
VIRTSIM's After Action Review (AAR) is unparalleled by any other simulator in its ability to:
- Instantly save a simulation in 3D
- Replay the exercise from any 3rd person perspective view
- Replay the exercise from any live or AI character's 1st person perspective view
- Dynamically display trainee's names over their heads as they move for easy identification
- Instantly calculate trainee(s)' shooting accuracy
- Maintain an easy-to-access database that allows the operator to quickly retrieve and review any previously stored training sessions with the click of a mouse
The 3D playback capabilities alone set VIRTSIM apart from screen/video based simulators in that you are able to review the exercise from any angle as well as from any character's perspective.
All shots fired by every character are recorded and displayed instantly with the time each shot was taken, the trainee's name that fired the shot, the distance at which the shot was fired, and the body part that was hit. The operator can also transfer this data to other forms of media for the instructor to review from a personal computer at his convenience.
